Responsibilities
- As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience from our call center
- You’ll need to have strong sales skills, project management skills and record keeping skills to stay organized and keep your pipeline on track.
- This position is an individual contributor, but crucial to the overall team’s success.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to own and manage your book of businesses
- Follow up with current customer leads
- Outbound prospecting calls
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong inside sales or telemarketing experience, 3+years
- Service titan experience - not required but a plus!
- Headhunter Mentality
- Motivated to exceed expectations
- Proven experience in sales
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient in MS OfficeExcel
- Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
