Call Center-Customer Service Representative – Academy Air

 

Salary: $17 - $20/hr + potential weekly bonus'

 

 (weekends + flexible schedule) Mornings and evenings 

 

Location: Hazelwood, MO

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience (Must Have), customer service and call center experience

  • Call Center experience 1+ years - Required
  • Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus!
  • Weekend availability
  • Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
  • Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
  • Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attendance
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
