Job Summary:
As the Community Engagement Manager based out of St Louis, MO, you will act as the brand liaison within our market areas, driving brand awareness and establishing a strong community presence. Your role will involve a mix of event planning, strategic marketing, and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and reputation.
Base Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus/ Year

Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute branded events in collaboration with local business chambers, college athletics, and professional sports organizations.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including TV and radio advertising, and create unique sponsored spaces at chamber events or stadiums.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that all signage and promotional materials adhere to brand standards.
- Public Relations: Work with PR agencies to secure media opportunities and position our General Manager as a thought-leader in the home services industry.
- Social Media Management: Document and share newsworthy events on social media to engage Apex Midwest followers. Graphic design skills are a plus for creating posts and videos.
- Brand Exposure: Develop and execute a calendar of activities to establish Apex Midwest as the #1 brand of choice for home services in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with agency partners and the regional marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in event planning, marketing, and public relations.
- Skills: Strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and graphic design is advantageous.
- Personal Traits: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and demonstrate a passion for exceeding business objectives.
