Electrical Service Manager

At Academy Air and Morrison we are excited to announce that we have an immediate opening for an impactful role as an Electrical Service Manager. This role will be responsible for all aspects of growing, and running the Electrical Department. This individual must be a sales driven professional and be able to motivate, train, and coach those within their team.

Base Pay: $70,000 - $110,000+/ Year

Job Duties:

• Leading and training of electrical team members on company processes
• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the electrical department and working with other departments to achieve goals and revenue performance
• Development of key metrics and reporting of team performance
• Supervision of all electrical jobs
• Handling customer satisfaction requests

• Ensuring all permits and inspections are appropriately requested by relevant departments.

• Driving and coaching sales of team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Management Experience.
• Residential Electrical Experience. (preferred but not required)
• Must be able to grow, lead, and train a team and effectively work with other departments and managers.
• Knows how to run P&L, reports, meetings, numbers, etc.
• Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Excellent leadership skills and the drive to succeed and grow the department.
